RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Ready To Ship Items We accept returns on Ready To Ship items within 14 days of receipt, provided the piece is unworn and in its original packaging and condition. Please contact us to request your return before sending any item back.

If you are unhappy with your Romany Starrs online purchase, please contact us straightaway at info@romanystarrs.co.uk with details of your return request. We will only accept goods that we determine are unworn, undamaged and in the original Romany Starrs box. Please be aware that we cannot refund taxes on international deliveries for EU & Rest of World, and that bespoke or engraved pieces cannot be refunded.

Made to Order Unfortunately, anything made to order cannot be returned or refunded.

Pierced Earrings For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned.

Personalised & Bespoke Orders Personalised or bespoke orders cannot be refunded or returned.

Faulty or Damaged Items In the case of a fault or damage, please contact us for assistance. Please note that repairs for damage caused by wear or accident will be chargeable.


Returning Items from Outside the UK

If you are returning an item from outside the UK, including from the United States, Europe, or the Rest of the World, please follow the guidance below to avoid delays or additional charges.

Customs & Import Declarations When returning an item to us in the UK, you must clearly mark your parcel as "Returned Goods" on the customs declaration form. Failure to do so may result in import duties or taxes being applied to the parcel upon its return to the UK, which will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

USA Returns

  • Mark your customs form clearly as "Returned Goods — No Commercial Value"
  • Use a tracked service such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  • Please contact us before sending your return so we can provide the correct return address and guidance

Europe Returns

  • Since the UK's departure from the EU, all returns from Europe are subject to customs checks
  • Please mark your customs declaration clearly as "Returned Goods — No Commercial Value"
  • Use a tracked service and contact us before sending your return

Rest of World Returns

  • Please mark your customs declaration clearly as "Returned Goods — No Commercial Value"
  • Use a tracked and insured service
