Enjoy free shipping to anywhere in the UK on all orders over £250All orders over £250 will by sent free of charge to anywhere in the UK by Royal Mail special delivery before 1pm.  

All Orders under £250 will be charged at £6.95 sent by Royal Mail special next day delivery before 1pm

Delivery Timeframes Please check each individual product listing on our website for specific delivery timeframes, as these vary by item.

Next Day Dispatch For items that are in stock, we aim to dispatch your order the next working day when placed before midday.

Made to Order & Bespoke Items Please be aware that made to order and bespoke pieces have a lead time of approximately 6–7 weeks. We recommend factoring this into your order if you have a specific date in mind. If you have any questions about timings, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

UK Shipping All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Next Day delivery. We offer free shipping on all UK orders over £250.

Shipping to the United States We ship to the United States via UPS. Delivery timeframes vary by item — please check the individual product listing for estimated dispatch and delivery information.

All orders shipped to the USA may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees upon arrival. These charges are set by US Customs and are the responsibility of the customer. Romany Starrs is not responsible for any delays or additional charges caused by customs processing.

• We are unable to predict exact customs charges — we recommend checking with your local customs office if you have any concerns before placing your order
• In the event that a parcel is refused or unclaimed, return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued
